What to write to us about
An error in the scoring
This is the one we want to hear about fastest. If your official IPPT result does not match what our calculator or score table shows, please tell us. It helps enormously if you include your age group, gender, the station involved, the reps or timing you entered, the score we showed you, and the official score you actually received. We check every report against the source tables and correct the site the same week if there is a genuine discrepancy.
Something that will not work
If the calculator is not responding, a page will not load, or the score tables will not scroll properly on your phone, let us know what device and browser you are using. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
A page you wish existed
Several pages on this site exist because someone emailed and asked for them. If there is an IPPT question you could not find a straight answer to anywhere, send it over — it is probably not just you wondering.
Policy changes
IPPT rules, incentive amounts and FCC arrangements change from time to time. If you notice something on the site that has fallen out of date, please flag it. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent website with no connection to MINDEF, the SAF, CMPB or the NS Portal, so there are things that are genuinely outside our reach:
- Booking, rescheduling or cancelling your IPPT — that is the NS Portal.
- Your official result, your test window, or your NS FIT status — CMPB holds those records, not us.
- Incentive payments, claims or payouts.
- Medical status, deferment, or any exemption enquiry.
- Individual medical or training advice. We publish general guidance, but we are not doctors or certified coaches, and we cannot assess your personal situation.

Privacy
